Grizzly Gear Box offers outdoor, tactical, and survival gear for both subscription and one-time purchase. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of our website and services.

 

2. Eligibility - 

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase or subscribe to Grizzly Gear Box. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

 

3. Subscription Plans & Billing -

We offer monthly subscription plans with recurring billing. Current plans: Basic Tier: $65/month Pro Tier: $125/month Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled. You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings or by contacting us at grizzlygearbox@yahoo.com. Discounts or promotional codes (e.g., Grizzly10) apply only to the specified term. 

 

4. Shipping & Delivery-

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping is typically handled within 5–10 business days after payment is received. Delays due to supply chain issues, weather, or carrier problems are not our responsibility. You are responsible for providing an accurate and current shipping address. 

 

5. Returns & Refunds -

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit. Subscription boxes are not eligible for refunds once they are shipped.

 

6. Product Descriptions & Variations -

While we aim for accuracy, Grizzly Gear Box does not guarantee that all product descriptions, photos, or other content are error-free or perfectly match what is shipped. Contents may vary due to inventory availability or supplier changes.
